another year had passed
everything will get better
time to set realistic goals to achieve
new year day was well spent with Torpedians
went to sentosa and had loads of fun
played frisbee, touch rugby, captain ball and volleyball
took pictures, quite a lot
spent the eve of monthsary at NUH
went there to have my knee checked up
the service is HORRIBLY lousy
everything takes so slow

then went to pasir ris to redeem her pay
today went for squad training

best timing today was for 50m freestyle sprint - 31sec
think too long never train liao
now damn tired
